Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Your order will generally ship the day of, or the day after you have placed the order with us.  Exceptions to this would be if it is a part that is not commonly ordered, we may need to manufacture it, or if we happen to be out of stock of that specific item.  You will receive an email with tracking information the evening that your product ships so you are able to track the shipment online.


Returns: If you need to return any unused products that you purchased, please call our service department at 800-778-8779, Ext 2 (Service). They can issue an RMA and give you shipping instructions to return the product to us. You must ship this product back on your own account.  Any shipments sent "Collect" will be declined.  Original outbound freight and a 25% restocking fee will not be credited back to you after we have received your return.
