Set-ups are ultra fast with the use of OLYMPIAN's micro-registration system. The sample mode switch allows test printing on an individual basis before starting production. Inking is a snap! The area above the screen is open an unobstructed. All wires and hoses are neatly enclosed and out of your way.
Through the use of the OLYMPIAN's unique dual squeegee, the flood strock may be utilized as a print stroke thus increasing production speed when multiple stroking. The OLYMPIAN features the most accurate, repeatable registration available. Platen indexing is accomplished by pre-lubricated, hardened steel, ball bearings and a pneumatic drive system for smooth, quiet and dependable operation. The main framework, platen and screen arms are constructed of thick wall (46,000 psi yield strength), mechanical plate tubing resulting in unsurpassed durability. All standard features were designed to make the OLYMPIAN function with perfection and ease. All print functions are controlled by an L.E.D. readout keypad located on a rotating control panel for maximum flexibility and convenience. Infinitely adjustable screen clamps enable the use of small manual size screens. Through innovative engineering, the OLYMPIAN gives new meaning to the term "User Friendly" with realistic, practical features that screenprinters appreciate.
